COMPOSITION

Monica stays in Senekal with 12 girls. The youngest is 11 years and the eldest 18 years old.

INTERESTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

The girls are interested in music, netball, swimming, dancing and art. Like most girls they like to dress up.

CHURCH AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The "Sewendaagse Adventiste" is involved at Senekal. The children are very excited about this involvement.

This people furnished a play-room for the little children and with every birthday the children receive gifts and a party.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE

It is a lovely, big house and we are very proud of it. It is situated near a “koppie” and we have a beautiful view of the town. We have enough space to play around the house.

CHURCH AND SCHOOL PARTICIPATION

We attend the Dutch Reformed Church Bethlehem West, and the girls also participate in Sunday School.
The children attend different schools, e.g. Truida Kestell Primary School, Motshepuwa Primary School, Maluti High School, Bethlehem Combined School and Ntsu Secondary School.
