COMPOSITION


Lindiwe is staying in Dennekruin with 11 black girls. Their ages range from 3 to 19 years. The youngest girl is 3 years old and there is 4 year old twins.

INTERESTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS


The girl’s interests are music, dance, jogging and aerobics. Liesbet is very good in athletics and she participated in last year's SA Championships for Special Schools.

Anatahia is very good in her school work and enjoys drawing.

CHURCH AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT


The Clarens Dutch Reformed Church is involved. They treat the girls during their birthdays and December with a Christmas party.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE


The girls like to keep the garden neat and do gardening every Saturday morning.

CHURCH AND SCHOOL PARTICIPATION


We attend Bethlehem-West Dutch Reformed Church and the girls also participate in the Sunday School.

The girls attend different schools: Voortrekker High School, Bethlehem Combined School and Maluti Hoogland Special School.
